Our history
Founded in January 2023 by Sherman Brooks, Kids4Act.org emerged from a deep-rooted passion for cultivating the potential of aspiring young performers.
Sherman Brooks, driven by his own personal experience in nurturing his son Skylan Brooks' talent, recognized the immense power of guidance and mentorship in shaping young minds. With a vision to provide similar opportunities to other young talents, Kids4Act.org was born. For over 15 years, Sherman Brooks has been a guiding force, leading aspiring performers from their humble beginnings to renowned platforms such as major networks, shows, motion pictures, and commercials.
Our mission
kids4act.org is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering young talent and equipping them with essential life skills to thrive in the entertainment industry. We believe in providing comprehensive guidance and support to help children build successful careers and become well-rounded individuals.
In addition to our expertise in the entertainment industry, kids4act.org recognizes the importance of responsible money management. Through workshops, seminars, and educational resources, we educate young talent on the fundamentals of personal finance.
The seminars will focus on the following key elements:
